For the eastern and central North Pacific east of 180 longitude:
Active Systems:
The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane
Simon, located about 100 miles west of Cabo Corrientes, Mexico, and
on recently upgraded Tropical Storm Trudy, located several hundred
miles south-southeast of Acapulco, Mexico.
Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 7 days.
