en Español 000 ABPZ20 KNHC 101735 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 1100 AM PDT Sat Oct 10 2026 For the eastern and central North Pacific east of 180 longitude: Active Systems: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Rachel, located several hundred miles southwest of Punta Baja, Mexico, and on Hurricane Simon, located about one hundred miles south-southwest of Manzanillo, Mexico. South of Southwestern Mexico: An area of low pressure is forecast to develop south or southwest of the coast of Mexico by early next week.
